My mission is to make Aerial Fitness accessible to everyone and to help you tone your abs ! while strengthening those deeper abdominal muscles. And look, I get it: Hanging upside-down can seem nearly impossible or scary. But, turns out, the benefits of doing so make it well worth stepping outside your comfort zone. It’s easy to do great things when you believe in what you do. That’s why I’m committed to helping more people like you, every day. You can Freaky Do It!
I promise you will never get bored! My classes are Challenging and Freaky Fun! There is something for everyone! Aerial Fitness fuses stretching style exercises, fun aerial challenges, strength training, balance and posture work, to help create new brain body connections. This is for those looking for something outside of the normal gym workout to stay fit or for those to use it as a great body conditioning in addition to your weight or cardio workouts.
